1. Service Role
Refraino is collaboration infrastructure for merchants, creator agencies, and content creators, providing authorization records, campaign applications, material delivery, content review, product collaboration, order reconciliation, and earnings information.
Refraino does not replace TikTok Shop. TikTok determines native account eligibility, product collaboration, order attribution, commission status, refunds, and platform payouts.
2. Accounts and Authorization
Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. Shop, talent/IP, and creator TikTok accounts must be connected by their owners through official authorization flows. Authorization, platform cooperation relationships, exclusive account binding, and TikTok Collaboration are separate states.
3. Content and Disclosures
Users may only use authorized materials and products, must not publish infringing, misleading, illegal, or unauthorized content, and must comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including those of the FTC. Creators add product links through TikTok's official flows.
4. Orders and Earnings
Content review does not generate commissions. Only TikTok-attributed orders and their subsequent settlement status can generate official Creator commissions or TAP earnings. TikTok handles official Creator commissions; Refraino only synchronizes them on a read-only basis. Separately agreed platform task rewards are recorded independently and are not combined with Affiliate commissions.
Returns, refunds, chargebacks, risk holds, taxes, and TikTok adjustments may change estimated or actual amounts. Official TikTok records and applicable written agreements control.
5. Suspension and Termination
For infringement, fraud, incorrect product linking, false attribution, evasion of platform rules, or conduct that endangers system security, Refraino may restrict material access, suspend new collaborations, or terminate service. Existing official orders and records that must be retained by law will not be altered.
