Registered content creators can sign in to Refraino and go to "Me → Privacy and Data Requests" to submit a request. The system records the submission time, target response deadline, public processing notes, and complete status history.

Email privacy@refraino.com from your registered email address with the subject "Data Rights Request" and specify the request type. We will verify your identity before processing; do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, or original identity documents.
3. Scope of Deletion
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information, TikTok authorization tokens, personal profiles, and business identifiers that are no longer needed. You can also revoke Refraino's access in TikTok settings.
We may retain restricted records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, audit, or other legal obligations. A deletion request does not alter historical TikTok orders, official settlement facts, or another party's lawful records.
4. Timing and Outcome
The platform aims to respond within 30 days; where applicable law permits an extension, we will explain the reason. If the request is completed, the platform will provide processing notes and an evidence reference; if it cannot be completed, we will explain the basis for the restriction.
